The home you're already renting.

For families who want to put rent toward ownership. We acquire your chosen home with real bank financing, lease it back to you, and lock in a purchase price at inception. In three to five years, you exercise the option and move to a conventional mortgage on terms you set up in advance.

Cabins, cottages, lakefront and mountain retreats — the recreational property most banks won't write at low down-payment. We bridge that gap with arm's-length capital, professional underwriting, and a forward-priced option to own the place your family is already falling in love with.

How it works

Rent. Own. Belong.

Three to five years from your first month's rent to title in your name — with the purchase price locked in on day one.

We acquire your chosen property with senior bank financing. You move in and pay market rent — a portion accumulates toward your eventual purchase.

When you're ready, typically in year three to five, you exercise an option to purchase at a price agreed at the start of the term.

You take title with a conventional mortgage. The home is yours, on terms structured around your family from the very beginning.
